| 1. How do I get Started? |
Getting Started - step by step:
1) Join up for free by clicking the "Sign Up" button on the site. Important: Please note that some email provider services may deliver our e-mails into "spam", "bulk" or "junk" folder. Please check it out. We recommend that you use a gmail or googlemail account.
2) No Activation Required. You can log in to earn credits immediatly.
3) Log in to your account at http://www.thetrafficfactory.net with your username and password.
4) Click on the "Upgrade Account" button and follow its steps and purchase a Pro membership,Pro memberships startfrom $5 upto $5000
5) Surf at least 30 sites every week in order to share in our profits for that week and month. The maximum profit is 25% per month unless we are running a special offer.

| 2. What is The Traffic Factory Profit Share? |
The Traffic Factory is an advertising company and as such deliver web traffic to your site based on the advertising packages purchased.
We pay 90% of our profit total back to members: 75% as rebate sharing and 15% as referral commission, making a total of 90% revenue share. We admin keep 10% for our labour and the for cost of maintaining the site.The minimum payment is $5 for Pro Members and $10 for Free members. |

| 3. Do you have a Lower surf plan? |
| Yes we do, if a member upgrades with $200 or over, they need only surf a minimum of 10 sites not surf the 70 sites as lower upgraded members. |

| 4. Can I have more than one account? |
| Yes, we understand that members may come from the same family however you are not allowed to refer each other, any abuse of this and all accounts from that IP address will be deleted |

| 5. How does the Rebate/Profit Share program work? |
| Every Sunday we determine the number of members with active Ad Shares. We then review those member accounts to verify that the required 30 sites were viewed for the week. 90% of the special revenues are then allocated for the rebate/profit share payout. We then determine how many Ad Shares can be paid back for that week.Every month we do the same for our main monthly payout on ALL income for that month. Ad Shares are always paid back at 200% and then terminated. |

| 6. What payment methods are accepted? |
| We accept Paypal, Alertpay and Solidtrust Pay automatically however we will take most payment methods, just ask we are here to help you.We do not pay out using Paypal. |

| Free members can add 3 sites and Advertising Purchased members can add up to 10 sites to the rotation at a time. |

| Free and Pro members earn 15%, this is paid to you weekly or you will be able to roll it over. |

| 9. I missed a day, can I get credit anyhow? |
Even if you missed a day of surfing but view a total of 30 ads weekly, you still receive your weekly/monthly rebates.
You could view all 30 sites in two days and at the end of the week, you will earn your weekly/monthly rebates until you have earned 200% from our revenue sharing program. |

| 10. Am I guaranteed a return on my Ad Packs? |
No, you are purchasing advertising views. The rebate/profit share program is
an incentive that is directly tied to advertising revenue each week.
This is not an investment or security. |

| 11. When do I get Paid? |
| The Cash Button will appear as soon as all calculations are complete (Late Sunday/Early Monday).You will then have 24 hours to request your cash. If a member does not request a cashout earnings will NOT be rolled over automatically unless you have $20 or more in your account,we will then rollover amounts over $20 to stop members running with the cash.You can rollover your earnings if you wish by going to "Upgrade Account" and using "Upgrade using earnings" as your processor. |

| 12. What is the “Hit and Run Policy”? |
If a member withdraws more than 50% of his cash balance, thier request will be denied and retuned to his/her cash balance.
This rule enforces the fact that this program is an incentive for further advertisement purchases. |

| 13. Do you offer any refunds? |
Purchases of Ad Packs cannot be refunded or charged back. Filing a chargeback is against our terms since our services are fulfilled upon upgrading and purchasing of advertising credits are instantly credited to member's accounts.
Filing a chargeback will be considered as an act of fraud against The Traffic Factory and will lead to prosecution in ALL cases. |
